Migration
The central topic of the programme. The party proposes a sharp tightening of asylum rules and a return to national border controls.
- Replace the individual right to asylum with an “institutional guarantee” or an ordinary statutory rule. Access to the procedure only for people in direct, concrete danger who can prove their identity and nationality.
- Permanent controls at Germany’s borders and an opt-out from the EU’s common asylum policy, following Denmark’s example.
- Large-scale removal of everyone obliged to leave the country (“remigration”), with no exceptions for people in training or employment.
- End family reunification; withdraw from the UN migration and refugee compacts.
- Citizenship no earlier than after ten years, generally without dual nationality (except for EU citizens). Children of foreign parents would no longer become citizens automatically by being born in Germany.
EU and currency
- Replace today’s EU with a “Union of European Nations”: a new economic community in which countries keep their sovereignty and cooperate only on shared interests.
- Germany leaves the eurozone and brings back the Deutsche Mark. Gold reserves held abroad are brought home.
- Against joint EU debt, the banking union and a digital euro.
Foreign policy and defence
- Pragmatic, interest-based relations with all major powers — the US, China and Russia.
- Lift economic sanctions on Russia and repair the Nord Stream pipelines.
- Ukraine as a neutral country outside NATO and the EU.
- NATO remains the basis of security until an independent European military alliance exists.
- Against stationing long-range US missiles in Germany.
- Reintroduce conscription; only German citizens may serve in the armed forces.
Economy and taxes
- Free market with minimal regulation; abolish the supply-chain law and sustainability reporting rules.
- Strictly keep the constitutional “debt brake”; cut spending on climate programmes, NGOs and EU contributions.
- Abolish inheritance tax, wealth tax and all CO₂ charges. Raise the tax-free allowance to €15,000.
- Family-based taxation: household income is divided among all family members, including children.
- Protect cash; keep Bitcoin free of excessive regulation.
Energy and climate
- Return to nuclear power and build new coal-fired power plants.
- Bring Nord Stream 2 back into operation as soon as possible.
- Against wind turbines and solar panels on farmland.
- The party does not accept that climate change is caused by human activity and opposes climate policy.
Family and social policy
- The family of father, mother and children is the foundation of society.
- A €20,000 “welcome bonus” for each newborn (credited towards pension contributions).
- A payment for parents who care for their child themselves during the first three years, roughly equal to their previous net income.
- A child pension account: €100 a month from the state for every newborn German child.
- Replace the Bürgergeld benefit with “activating basic support”: community work for those able to work after six months. Foreigners only after ten years of employment; none for Ukrainian refugees.
- Full pension after 45 years of contributions; civil servants and MPs pay into the general pension system.
Islam and culture
- Ban the construction of minarets, the call to prayer, foreign funding of mosques, the burqa and niqab in public, and headscarves in schools and public institutions.
- Imams must affirm the constitution and preach in German.
- A German “Leitkultur” (guiding culture) — language, Christianity, the classical heritage, the Enlightenment, folk traditions — instead of a multicultural model.
- Enshrine German in the constitution; ban gender-neutral language in public bodies.
- In remembrance culture, look at history as a whole and view Prussia and the German Empire more positively.
In February 2026 the Cologne Administrative Court found some of these points (minarets, call to prayer, headscarves) incompatible with freedom of religion.
Democracy and the state
- Swiss-style direct democracy: citizens’ legislative initiatives and referendums, including on constitutional amendments.
- Term limits for the chancellor and members of parliament.
- Postal voting only in justified cases.
- Reform the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, which currently monitors the party.
- Reduce public broadcasting to a basic, fee-free service.
